HAM'S F10

Ham's Media were originally developed for the clonal growth of: Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells. HeLa cells and mouse L-cells, - with or without serum supplementation depending on cell types. Ham's F10 is a choice medium to promote human diploid cells growth, white blood cells for chromosomal analysis, primary rat explants and rabbit and chicken tissues. It is the researcher's favourite choice to grow fastidious cell lines.
